Who We Are

 Founded in 2021, the Hong Kong Young Soloists string ensemble is made up of gifted young musicians aged 8 to 23. 

Hong Kong Young Soloists aims to: Be unique in Hong Kong, the ensemble gives young talents the opportunity to perform regularly with world class soloists as well as Hong Kong Young talents, fascinating audiences with their performances as soloists, chamber and orchestra musicians. 

What’s SPECIAL about us: Every Young Musician in HKYS will perform as both a soloist and an orchestra member.

Our Structure

Hong Kong Young Soloists has three divisions:

1. School of Music in which we provide well designed music courses suitable for all students including music foundation courses, musicianship and technique classes

2. Performing Arts Training in which includes chamber orchestra, symphony orchestra, solo and ensemble training

3. Young Violinists Programme
(YVP) in which we provide all-rounded training to selected and eager students.
